How do we work?
We’re a slow fashion brand, which means we launch one item each month in small quantities. This way, we maximize exclusivity and minimize waste—because the planet deserves better.
Where do we produce?
All WHERE’ELS pieces are produced locally in Belgium and the Netherlands. We work with small, ethical producers who share our commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship.
What are your delivery times?
It usually takes 2 to 3 days for your items to reach you in Belgium. In other countries delivery times are different.
Can you return items?
Yes, WHERE’ELS has a 14-day return policy. You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and repacked in their original
packaging. - Items without a return tag, or those that have been worn, altered, or
washed, will not be accepted. - Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please arrange a
track & trace code and shipping insurance for the return, as we cannot be
held responsible for lost returns. If your package is lost and was not insured
or tracked, it will not be eligible for a refund.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We offer free shipping worldwide for orders above 250EUR. Here are the specific shipping costs per region.
- Belgium, Netherlands, France, germany and Luxembourg: 7,50EUR
- Rest of Europe: 16,50EUR
- Rest of the world: 35,00EUR
All shippings include a track & trace code.
