DELIVERY
We offer free shipping in Belgium which includes a track and trace code to keep you updated on your order’s journey.
For shipments to other countries, the delivery cost is:
- Neth., France, Germany: €8,40
- Rest of Europe: €26,50
- North Am. & Mediterranean: €45,10
- Rest of the world: €63,90
All shipping costs include a track & trace code.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it under the following conditions:
Returns
Please contact us first by email at info@whereels.com before returning any item(s). We will provide you with the correct return instructions. WHERE’ELS has a 14-day return policy.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and repacked in their original packaging.
- Products without a return tag, or those that have been worn, altered, or washed, will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the
customer’s responsibility. Please use a track & trace code and shipping
insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Lost packages without tracking or insurance will not be refunded.
How to Return
- Contact us via email at info@whereels.com to notify us of your return.
- After receiving confirmation from us, ship the item(s) back to us using a track & trace service.
- If the return is not shipped within 5 days of receiving our confirmation, the return will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved.
- If approved, the refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 30 days and credited back to your original method of payment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories, or gift cards.
