It usually takes 2 to 3 days for your items to reach you in Belgium. In other countries delivery times are different.

Yes, WHERE’ELS has a 14-day return policy. You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and repacked in their original
  packaging.
• Items without a return tag, or those that have been worn, altered, or
  washed, will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please arrange a
  track & trace code and shipping insurance for the return, as we cannot be
  held responsible for lost returns. If your package is lost and was not insured
  or tracked, it will not be eligible for a refund.
